using ifile or alternative Filza or MyFile – at the time of this video Filza was not yet working with IOS10.1.1

if you’re looking an easy method to remove icloud on jailbreak iDevice, in this case using 64bits iDevice yalo102 jailbreak app.  It is possible and very quick, you just need jailbreak your iPhone iPad or iPod if you are on IOS10.2 or IOS 10.1.1 using this method. To remove icloud on jailbroken iphone you will also need download ifile from cydia application. iFile is a complete file manager and viewer running under user root. iFile gives you full access to your jailbroken device’s files. Open iFile and go to /var/mobile/library/accounts and Delete : Accounts3.sqlite, Accounts3.sqlite.shm, Accounts3.sqlite.wal

This will completely remove all files associated to icloud inside your iphone only icloud ID will still be associated into icloud servers. be carefull updating , only OTA update will be safe.
